Art is a very common way to express your feelings and your thoughts, from my point of view I think that art can reduce stress and anxiety.
Did you know that there is 10 sorts of art ? architecture, sculptures, visual art which is painting and drawing,music, poems, dancing and theatre, books, acting, comics, technology. My favorite sort is painting and drawing, I've been drawing since I was ten years old and I've always had a passion for drawing. The person I admire the most is Bob Ross I watch his videos 24/7, he brings joy into painting, he makes it easier and way more fun, he doesn't believe in mistakes he just believes in happy little mistakes, he is the nicest person I have ever seen.
I've improved a lot since I began drawing, at first I thought I will never be good at it but as time went by I began to draw more realistically and my technic has improved a lot. I was very happy with myself, I was proud and I never gave up, I believe that practice makes perfect.
I am very happy now in this quarantine because I have more time to draw and practice, when I wake up I take my breakfast and study for about 3 hours and then I spend the rest of the day drawing and painting, I have made 7 pieces of art since quarantine began.
I really love what I do and I am gonna keep doing it, and I advice every person to try drawing or painting or to watch some Bob Ross videos.
